Physicals Advent Calendar – Day 1



In an attempt to keep you fit, healthy and happy (and sane) over the Xmas period, we have devised a HEALTHFITNESS based advent calendar in hope Granducato of giving you a number of tips on how to stay strong and healthy during the holiday season, which has the potential to be the best (traditionally) and the worst (nutritionally).

Now, please don’t read that wrong and that we want to dampen the old Xmas spirits… oh no… We want you to have as much festive fun as possible!! 
What FitCamp we wan’t to help you avoid is the wholesale jerseys “screw December, I’ll start in January” mentality. Because in January it might take you 2-3 weeks to recover from on overly boozy December. If we can help you stay on the right track… bearing in mind that no-one is perfect…  hopefully we can keep you moving so that come January, you’ll all be ready and fired up to hit it hard!
So be ready for 25 days of emails – I promise I’ll keep them a lot shorter than usual – with healthy exercise and nutrition tips, how to booze without damaging your life, and how to cope with a hangover. We’ll offer tips on great fitness gifts to buy people, my new website is nearly ready so that’ll be a fun thing to celebrate together, and we’ll offer you prizes and give-away’s.
And finally, in y keeping with the oldest of traditions, on Xmas day itself I will send every single one of you an amazing present – but only if you’ve been good this year!
