White vs Brown & A little help please…


Hello!

In case you missed it, yesterday was ‘National Toast Day’.

What an amazing day for the world…!

My personal topping of choice is peanut butter. Crunchy of course, I’m not a weirdo. 

Bread is generally a confusing substance in terms of healthy eating. Some say good, some say bad… As you know I’m an advocate of balance and sustainability so i think it depends on how you balance you overall diet. My personal choice is always wholemeal but there are good and bad elements to all varieties of bread.

In fact, a lot of things are confusing about nutrition.

This is why I want to put together a little seminar to help people… But for this i need your help.

What is the one thing you don’t understand about nutrition?

I’m sure there’s more than one thing you’d like to know, the whole thing is generally a minefield of misinformation – but if you could ask one question and get a straight answer what would it be?
